I had a blast at Kiwi Cottage with all the fun activities like golf, fishing, and cycling. Plus, I was thrilled to stay at a 3-star property with free WiFi. And guess what? The airport is just a hop, skip, and jump away!
Can you believe it? There was absolutely nothing I disliked.

The bathroom fitted with a bath or shower was absolutely fantastic! It was so relaxing to soak in the tub after a long day exploring Whitby. I felt like I was pampering myself at a spa!
Personally, I would have preferred if there was an additional bathroom with a shower.

The bathroom was amazing! It had one bathroom fitted with a bath or shower and another bathroom with just a shower. I loved the versatility and options when it came to taking a refreshing bath or a quick shower. It made me feel like I had everything I needed for a perfect stay.
The only thing I didn't love was that there was only one bathroom with a shower. But hey, that's just me.

The cottage was clean and well-maintained upon arrival, and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The location was superb, just a short distance from the famous steps leading to a historic site. there were plenty of dining options and beaches nearby to explore during our Christmas getaway.
Finding the cottage was a bit tricky as better directions would have been helpful. The steep and narrow stairs in the cottage may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with mobility issues.

Oh, and let's not forget the incredible proximity to TWO airports. How convenient to have options when it comes to catching a flight!

Free WiFi, perfect for indulging in my favorite activities like online shopping and scrolling through social media. So convenient to have a sofa, dining area, and seating area all in one place. Airport nearby, just in case I need a quick escape from reality.
Such a shame that there was only a sofa, dining area, and seating area, no trampoline or slide for entertainment. How disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at Kiwi Cottage in Whitby. The owners with all the thoughtful touches. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, and we all slept well. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Whitby Abbey and plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby. Plus, the cottage was clean and in a great central location.
I must mention a couple of drawbacks. The stairs in the cottage were quite small and tricky to navigate, especially with my broken foot.

The room at Kiwi Cottage was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The bathroom with a bath or shower was a great option for relaxing after a long day of exploring Whitby.
Personally, I preferred the bathroom with a bath or shower, so the one with just a shower was a bit of a letdown for me. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

The staircase in the cottage might be challenging for some, especially when going to the second bedroom. Caution is needed to navigate the narrow steps.
